This individual will have direct responsibility for technical support of our anatomic pathology lab customers, as well as an important role in system implementation, client training, and software development. The ideal candidate will blend exceptional skills in technology, business, and interpersonal relations with a passion for delivering highly functional solutions to operational problems. After learning the customer environment (anatomic pathology), there will be an opportunity for capable individuals to grow into Pre-Sales Engineering or Development.
This position requires up to 10% on-site travel, telephone interaction with clients and prospective clients. Strong written and verbal communication in English, as well as technical skills, are required. Previous experience in technical or business roles is helpful but not required.
